About Hali
My shift didn’t happen overnight; it started with the realization that I wanted to heal and get back to myself. Learning about food and how to nourish and care for my body, along with reevaluating my story are what got me where I am today— happier than I have ever been, carrying on deep and meaningful relationships and feeding my body and mind what it needs in order to grow and heal.

I needed to lose weight in order to have a much needed knee surgery. Without being able to exercise I knew I needed outside help with my diet. It has been great working with Hali. This was an amazing journey. I learned a lot from Hali and since the beginning of the year I've lost 10lbs. If you're looking for a health coach I'd totally recommend her. Plus her cat loves to interrupt videos which is even more funny.

Every year I would put “lose weight” and “get healthy” on my list of resolutions but I never followed through with it. Year after year I kept writing it down. Working with Hali gave me the skills to follow through on the resolution that had been haunting me for years. We started with small goals that I could grasp easy and worked our way up to my bigger goals. I was losing weight and adapting a new lifestyle and it never felt like an uphill struggle because Hali was guiding me through it at a pace that worked for me and my day to day.
